Belo Recife is a fabulous venue for a wedding. with pristine white beaches backdrop. Our friendly staff will ensure that they provide a warm and stress free function on your special day. The staff will make put together what you have planned which will leave you to enjoy your special day to the fullest.

Ceremony Venues
Pool Deck:
A beautiful set up on Belo Recife pool deck. A wooden gazebo structure is set up with white draping around it. The pool area decorated with either bamboo lights or Chinese lanterns as the sun sets. Covered chairs are placed around the pool area and your guests will be able to see the wedding proceedings clearly.
Dining Hall Venue:
The dining hall is air conditioned and can be private. We can decorate and drape this area to suit the bridal couple. Venue includes the following:

Priest
A couple is not able to get officially married here in Mozambique unless they are resident in the country. It is advised that the marriage legalities to be performed in your home country as a couple is not officially married in Mozambique, unless the couple is a citizen of the country.
Photographer
Bring your own photographer.
Flowers & Decor
Bubbles and flower petals are a suggestion to wishing the bridal couple good luck instead of confetti.
Music
The local, rural church choir can be arranged to sing during the ceremony. The songs are normally either Portuguese or Bitonga, the local language spoken in the area. They will charge a nominal fee.
A local musician or DJ can be arranged and will be charged accordingly.
Marimba and steel drum band: Maximum 2 hours. To be charged accordingly.
Music will be turned down at 22h00 to avoid disturbing other Lodge guests. If the wedding party takes the entire lodge the music can be played loudly until the party ends.
Should you wish to bring your own DJ, he would have to supply his own equipment, as we only have a CD player.
Wedding Cake
A simple wedding cake can be made at the lodge at an extra charge, to be discussed with the Food and Beverage Manager Should you require a more professional cake this will have to be brought with you.
Menu’s
Menus are designed around your requests and preferences. We are able to offer a Table d’hôte, Full Buffet and Set Menu. Please discuss your ideas directly with the Lodge and the Food and Beverage Managers when you visit for a site inspection. Menus will be confirmed 60 days prior to the wedding. The menu will be at no extra cost involved if the guests are booked on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Package.
