Rates are mostly quoted and paid in Rands and there is also some payments made in Meticais. Please note that the Conversion rate from Rands to Meticais is on an Exchange Rate of approximately –  R1 = 4.45x to the MT ( This Rate Changes Daily) The Resort offers guests payment for Accommodation via Direct Deposit directly into 1 of the below Bank Accounts. Only Accommodation must be paid in full via Direct Deposit into our Bank Account at least 14 Days prior to the Guest Arrival at the Resort. Meals and Drink can be paid for using a Visa Card to swipe or via Cash.

Twin/Double Rooms Rates

Low Season: ZAR 699.00 for Non Self Catering or ZAR 900.00 for Self Catering per double room per night, excl. breakfast.

High Season: ZAR 900.00 for Self Catering or ZAR 1200.00 for Self Catering per double room per night, excl. breakfast.Forest Chalet Rates

Low season: ZAR 1,600.00 per night

High season ZAR 2,500.00 per night

NB: *Children under 12 years of age pay half price if sharing with parents *Rates are subject to change without notice. Please note: No self catering facilities in the Twin Rooms.

Deposit / Cancellation Policy

Within 7 Days before arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit.

8 – 14 Days before arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.

15 – 21 Days before arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit.

21 + Days before arrival date, full deposit will be refunded less 10% for admin charges.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Guests need to have paid for their accommodation in full, at least 14 days prior or before arriving at the Resort. Phaphalati Resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guests who have not paid for their accommodation in full.
